Have you ever heard about the word “Pain”? So, you all have heard of this prestigious word. I’m calling it prestigious because I have my own perspective on this word. Let me ask you a question, what is pain according to you? How will you define this word? Probably you may answer something that diminishes our potential, isn’t it? But let me tell you one thing, it’s the only ‘pain’ that fills you with everlasting and unstoppable potential. You might not agree with my statement, so let me elaborate on it. Human nature is built in a way, when it comes under stress or frustration and encounters misfortunes, feels the pain of inferiority complex. Most people call this end and destruction of strenuous potential, but it’s not the end, it’s the start of eternal potentials. When you meet with bad lucks, troubles, failures, and dazes, you become entirely filled with emotional energies. And do you know emotional energy is the world’s most powerful energy that can be used to achieve any goal that seems impossible to average minds? Most of the successful personalities of the world, artists, poets, philosophers, and scientists used this energy to accomplish the goals that were apparently impossible for them in a few spans of their lives. So don’t mourn on your luck, use the energy that fills in you after facing troubles to accomplish your life goals. Furthermore, troubles are not to weaken us, but they meet us to make our thoughts vivid and clear about the problems that are to come in our journey of life, in fact, troubles are to make us strong. When a civil engineer wants to use any material in construction work, he/she may test its strengths first in the laboratory by applying force on it through various processes and by machines. And if material achieves a high proportion of strengths he/she uses it at places of high stress, and assigns a great job to that material, or vice versa. This same process is almost applied to everything, even human beings. When God wants great and valuable work from you, He takes you in the laboratory of ordeals and tests your strengths by giving you pains, setbacks, grieves, and stupors of life. You are like a brick that burns in the hot fire of a chimney to achieve an admirable strength, that’s it you burn in hot fires that are in the shape of setbacks and failures around you. So whenever you feel pain and encounter with hassles of life, don’t lose hope, don’t mourn on your luck, don’t be disappointed, don’t complain instead be patient, because God is testing your strengths, use the ordeals to become strong, the more strength you show God will assign you a more valuable work.
That is the secret of pain, to grow stronger, more valuable, and more courageous to face every hurdle with a smiling face.
